Anforderungen
- •1–2 years of experience in account management, customer success, operations, or similar client-facing role
- •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- •Native level or fluency in German and English (both written and verbal)
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management
- •Problem-solving skills with hands-on mentality
- •Experience using CRM systems such as Hubspot; familiarity with data tools like Tableau is a plus

- •Facilitate coordination between Sales, KYC, Compliance, Legal, Fund Operations, and Product teams

- •Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools like HubSpot
- •Respond to investor inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
- •Collaborate on strategic initiatives to optimize the client journey
- •Provide feedback to improve internal workflows and enhance client experience
