- Proven experience in a proactive commercial-centric role
- Prior experience with upselling products and features
- Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1)
- Customer obsession and empathy
- Commercial mindset and negotiation skills

- Expert operational skills and efficiency
Aufgaben
- Drive customer engagement by building and nurturing scalable relationships
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' finance goals
- Guide and consult clients to activate spend management features
- Identify new business opportunities through upselling
- Optimize product features to increase value for existing accounts
- Monitor revenue trajectory using specific KPIs
- Measure key metrics such as spend engagement and renewals
- Compile and communicate client feedback as a product ambassador
- Advise on current and future product features
- Design and deliver client journey touchpoints for continuous improvement
- Enhance customer satisfaction to support long-term retention
