- Build strong relationships with your customer base.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and the Hive team.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback with the product team.
- Onboard new customers into the Hive software.
- Ensure a memorable first experience for new customers.
- Join the account management team to deepen customer relationships.
