Anforderungen

  • •1–2 years of experience in account management, customer success, operations, or similar client-facing role
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • •Native-level or fluent in English (written and verbal)

  • •Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management
  • •Problem-solving skills with hands-on mentality
  • •Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot; familiarity with data tools like Tableau is a plus

  • •Respond promptly to investor inquiries via email, video calls, and phone
  • •Collaborate on strategic initiatives to enhance the client journey
  • •Provide feedback to Product and Operations teams for workflow improvements
