- •1–2 years of experience in account management, customer success, operations, or similar client-facing role
- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- •Native-level or fluent in English (written and verbal)
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management
- •Problem-solving skills with hands-on mentality
- •Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot; familiarity with data tools like Tableau is a plus

- •Collaborate on strategic initiatives to enhance the client journey
- •Provide feedback to Product and Operations teams for workflow improvements
