- Develop SAP business within existing accounts
- Control the account planning process
- Manage virtual account teams
- Oversee all SAP activities towards customers
- Open new doors at CxO Level, outside of IT
- Drive implementation of new business models and products
- Build a multiyear account strategy
- Deliver consistent sales success according to plan
- Orchestrate internal account teams
- Build new high-level business contacts within the customer base
- Focus on business scenarios for business contacts
