Consultative selling of manufacturing automation platform for production optimization. Sales expertise in discovery, qualification, and closing required. One volunteer work week annually.
Anforderungen
- Sales expertise in Discovery Calls, qualification frameworks, and closing techniques
- Comfort with production environments and understanding automation requirements
- Collaboration between sales and engineering for viable solutions
- Consistent CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and quota-carrying mindset
- Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are assets
- Builder and operator combining strategy with hands-on execution
- Capable of scaling fast while maintaining excellence
Aufgaben
- Engage in consultative selling to find optimal automation solutions
- Listen deeply and solve customer problems
- Manage the entire sales funnel
- Qualify inbound leads
- Hunt outbound targets
- Close deals
- Forecast future revenue
- Use Vention's MachineBuilder tool
- Collaborate with Application Engineers on technical designs
- Turn concepts into simulated machine designs
- Provide field feedback to leadership
- Help refine sales strategies
- Ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met
