- •3-7 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales
- •Proven track record in selling complex enterprise solutions, ideally within manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors, or consultancy background
- •Strong ability to manage long sales cycles and engage with C-level decision-makers
- •Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take ownership and make a direct impact
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- •Structured, strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers and drive business growth
