- Expertise in Discovery Calls and closing
- Knowledge of MEDDIC or BANT frameworks
- Comfort with production environments
- Understanding of mechanical or electrical automation
- Collaboration between sales and engineering
- Consistent CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
- Quota-carrying mindset
- Fluency in French and English
- German or European languages as assets
- Strategic builder with hands-on execution
Aufgaben
- Provide consultative selling to find optimal automation solutions
- Listen deeply to solve complex customer problems
- Manage the entire sales funnel from qualification to closing
- Hunt outbound targets and qualify inbound leads
- Forecast future revenue and track sales metrics
- Collaborate with engineers on functional machine designs
- Use proprietary MachineBuilder tools for technical simulations
- Provide field feedback to leadership to refine sales strategies
- Meet monthly and quarterly growth targets
