Identifying and selling online-first automation solutions for manufacturing production floors at automation platform provider. MEDDIC or BANT framework knowledge and comfort in production environments required. Uncapped commission structure, one week volunteer work yearly.
Anforderungen
- Expertise in Discovery Calls and closing
- Knowledge of MEDDIC or BANT frameworks
- Comfort with production environments
- Understanding of mechanical or electrical automation
- Skill in sales and engineering hand-offs
- Consistent CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
- Quota-carrying mindset
- Fluency in German and English
- Additional European languages as an asset
- Combination of strategy and hands-on execution
- Ability to scale fast with excellence
Aufgaben
- Provide consultative selling through deep listening
- Identify optimal automation solutions for customers
- Qualify inbound leads and hunt outbound targets
- Manage the entire sales funnel to closing
- Forecast future revenue and pipeline growth
- Collaborate with engineers on functional machine designs
- Use proprietary MachineBuilder tools for simulations
- Provide field feedback to refine sales strategies
- Ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met
