- 5-7 years HR experience, including 3+ years as HR Business Partner or comparable strategic HR role
- Strong expertise in talent, performance, employee engagement, and organisational development
- Comfortable in fast-paced, international, scaling environment
- Business acumen with data-driven mindset for guiding decisions
- Trusted advisor influencing stakeholders and challenging constructively
- Independent work with high ownership, effective collaboration across teams
- Fluent English (German is a plus)
Aufgaben
- Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into people initiatives
- Drive the full HR cycle, including workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and engagement
- Lead and support organizational development and change initiatives
- Guide leaders on performance, talent, and succession decisions
- Act as a trusted sparring partner to managers on leadership and team-related topics
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver and improve HR programs
- Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Drive meaningful actions based on data and insights
