- Degree as mold maker, mold constructor, shoemaker, or technical/engineering degree (e.g. mechanical engineer) or Technical Product Designer, Technical Draftsman
- At least 2 years of work experience in mold making, shoe making, manufacturing, product development or design with technical background

- Consult cross-functional teams on manufacturability and production efficiencies
- Analyze designs for potential quality and costing issues
- Propose alternative, economic, and efficient solutions
- Lead tooling creation process and prototyping

- Offer technical solutions considering product requirements and constraints
- Guide innovative manufacturing processes
- Ensure feasibility and proof of concept
- Lead project review meetings with stakeholders
- Meet quality standards and identify cost opportunities
- Focus on consumer experience and product sustainability
- Inspire product creation teams with technical solutions
- Increase process speed and efficiency
- Eliminate non-value-adding steps
- Stay updated on latest technology trends
- Consult digital creator team on design concepts
- Support and guide junior team members
- Mentor new employees in technical standards and processes
