- Coordinate with payment providers and omnichannel services
- Validate data and monitor interface pipelines
- Handle errors across various system interfaces
- Process master data and transactional updates accurately
- Execute functional, integration, and regression testing
- Verify end-to-end flows across digital and middleware components
- Collaborate with vendors and internal business stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Support store technology rollouts and new feature releases
- Maintain process documentation and interface mappings
- Develop test scripts and functional guides
- Provide knowledge sharing and training for internal teams
