- Knowledge of SAP ABAP
- Knowledge of SAP Apparel and footwear industry solution
- Escalation management
- Analyzing issues from a technical angle
- Solution architecture and integration overview of SAP system
- Knowledge of SAP modules like SAP SD, FICO, MDM & HR
- Identifying risk and its mitigation
- Ability to work in an international team environment
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Problem solving aptitude
- 3-6 years SAP experience in SAP ERP or SAP S4 as MM functional consultant
- 1-2 years support roles in a global environment
- University Degree or comparable education
Aufgaben
- Guide application support for SAP ERP and S/4 systems
- Collaborate with service management teams and external support organizations
- Manage and monitor first and second level support
- Provide functional support and take end-to-end responsibility for issue resolution
- Act as single point of contact for service managers and external service organizations
- Utilize SAP ERP and S/4 knowledge to manage complex issues
- Proactively identify and mitigate issues within responsibilities
- Take continuous actions to reduce production issues
