- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a service-oriented mindset
Aufgaben
- Maintain and optimize S2P systems (SAP, VIM)
- Configure workflows, approval hierarchies, and system parameters
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve system issues
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- Prepare system documentation for audit processes
- Identify inefficiencies in the S2P system and propose solutions
- Collaborate with automation teams to implement RPA and OCR technologies
- Monitor and analyze KPIs like invoice cycle time and exception rates
- Document new processes and update training materials for change initiatives
- Work with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Compliance teams on system improvements
- Gather user feedback to refine system functionality
- Act as a liaison for system-related topics among departments
- Provide training and support to end-users on S2P tools
- Manage system-related queries and ensure timely issue resolution
