- Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies
- Affinity to design processes and tools
- Process ownership or process development experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification (yellow/green belt or comparable)
- Experience in different procurement functions or tools (Ivalua or similar)
Aufgaben
- Design and improve end-to-end procurement processes
- Manage system enhancements and capability deployments
- Develop governance structures for procurement processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead key projects and influence stakeholders
- Ensure effective execution of procurement's digital roadmap
- Serve as the primary subject-matter expert for procurement processes and tools
- Guide stakeholders with strategic insights on digital capabilities
- Identify, evaluate, and implement process and system enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive automation and standardization
- Monitor system performance and process adherence
- Proactively resolve issues and mitigate risks
- Maintain high levels of operational reliability and user satisfaction
- Act as the procurement representative in enterprise-wide digital initiatives
- Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and process standards
- Lead the design and ongoing refinement of procurement workflows
- Conduct assessments to identify process gaps and optimization opportunities
- Translate findings into structured improvement initiatives
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for global procurement teams
- Collaborate in cross-functional process development initiatives
- Design and implement integrated, end-to-end procurement processes
- Facilitate alignment and communication between procurement and other functions
- Work with category teams to enhance procurement efficiency and data quality
- Support change management for new processes and systems
- Identify opportunities for digital technologies in procurement
- Provide insights on the digital roadmap for procurement
