As an Aircraft Mechanic 2 specializing in avionics and electrical systems, you will troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems. Your day will involve installing equipment, conducting inspections, and ensuring all systems operate smoothly, making a vital impact on aircraft readiness.

Anforderungen

• •Valid (FAA) A&P Certificate or FCC License with Elements 1 and 3
• •Two years' aviation maintenance experience
• •Two years of hands-on Avionics Mechanic experience on CH47
• •US Citizenship
• •High School Graduate or equivalent
• •Five years of recent applicable aircraft maintenance experience
• •FAA A&P or FCC Elements 1 and 3
• •One year of experience inspecting CH-47 aircraft
• •Five years of experience as an Aircraft Inspector on CH-47
• •Five years career total Aviation maintenance experience
• •Good communication skills
• •Working knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical systems
• •Knowledge of Quality Control, Production and Supply procedures
• •Ability to determine faulty systems or assemblies
• •Skill in reading, applying, and interpreting technical data
• •Ability to work in tiring and uncomfortable positions
• •Ability to frequently lift parts and equipment up to 20 pounds
• •Ability to occasionally lift objects up to 50 pounds
• •Immediate deployability to potential combat areas worldwide
