  • Create case studies showcasing enterprise transformation outcomes
  • Facilitate collaboration between the CCO team and functional partners
  • Cultivate a top account community through peer-to-peer forums
  • Track playbook adoption and provide field resonance insights
  • Partner with enablement teams to scale executive narratives
  • Maintain and enrich the Agentic Enterprise Playbook
  • Organize field-generated materials within centralized repositories
  • Establish feedback loops to evolve sales methodologies
