- Create case studies showcasing enterprise transformation outcomes
- Facilitate collaboration between the CCO team and functional partners
- Cultivate a top account community through peer-to-peer forums
- Track playbook adoption and provide field resonance insights
- Partner with enablement teams to scale executive narratives
- Maintain and enrich the Agentic Enterprise Playbook
- Organize field-generated materials within centralized repositories
- Establish feedback loops to evolve sales methodologies
