Requirements
- Experience in reception, concierge, or related field
- Catering or hospitality experience desirable
- Excellent people skills and interaction ability
- Experience in high-profile corporate environment
- Facilities Management exposure beneficial
- Strong PC literacy and system management ability
- Very high attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Professionalism and team ambassador ability
- Excellent team player with willingness to go above and beyond

Tasks
- Ensure positive, memorable visitor experiences
- Deliver core front of house services
- Manage sign-in, badging, luggage, lost and found, and deliveries
- Handle telephone, email, and other front of house queries
- Greet and direct candidates, new hires, visitors, and the general public
- Stay informed about onsite events for personalized visitor experiences
- Maintain high standards of presentation and functionality in front of house and meeting areas
- Set up meeting and event spaces with attention to detail
- Monitor meeting room environments for furniture, signage, equipment, temperature, and consumables
- Update outlook, conference room finder, and SharePoint room booking systems
- Support customers with local area services information
- Coordinate with security and janitorial teams for meetings and events
- Respond timely and accurately to meetings and events inquiries
- Work flexibly in various settings
- Update room booking displays according to local/regional processes
- Support onsite space audits and walk-the-store processes
- Cover other facilities team services as needed
- Handle Trouble Ticket requests
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Conduct site inspections
- Perform one-off and administrative tasks
