- •Analytical mindset for process improvement
- •Proficiency in facilities management software
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- •Project management certification (e.g., PMP) plus
- •IFMA certifications (e.g., FMP, CFM) desirable

- •Lead and mentor a diverse professional team
- •Conduct performance evaluations and set objectives
