  • •Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, M365, Citrix/ZENworks, or Nutanix VDI

  • •Create and maintain IT documentation and guidelines
  • •Support repair and replacement processes
  • •Perform routine tasks in infrastructure maintenance
  • •Forward complex technical issues to third-level teams
