Requirements
- •3+ years of relevant HR administration/operations experience
- •Completed HR-related commercial apprenticeship or university degree
- •Solid knowledge of employment contracts, onboarding processes, and HR systems
- •Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and structured work approach
- •Strong communication skills and team-player mentality
- •Proficient handling of HR systems and data maintenance
- •Ability to independently resolve complex employee inquiries
- •Willingness to actively participate in HR function development projects
- •English and German language skills at level B2 or above
- •Currently enrolled in a subject related to Business Administration or HR
- •Strong affinity for systems, data entry, and meticulous accuracy
- •Organizational skills and structured task management
- •Proficient handling of data and HRIS
- •Team-player mentality and supportive mindset
- •English and German language skills at level B2 or above are required

- •Create and maintain employee profiles in the HR Information System (Personio)
- •Ensure accuracy of employee data during entry and maintenance
- •Prepare HR documents and contracts using existing templates
- •Manage the document and contract lifecycle for compliance
- •Support administration of employee benefits and registration tasks
- •Assist with reporting tasks by pulling standardized data
- •Handle Tier-1 employee inquiries via the HR inbox
- •Provide general administrative support for ad hoc HR tasks
- •Assist in monthly payroll preparation through document gathering
