- Extensive logical and technical understanding
- Retail sector experience (advantageous)
- Good knowledge of workforce management systems and processes
- Good knowledge of Data Security
- Basic knowledge of HR and Payroll Systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Organizational Development
- Extensive professional experience
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- Proven experience in similar roles
- Experience in a multinational corporate environment (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in German or other languages (plus)
Tasks
- Configure and implement a sustainable WFM solution across Europe
- Support standardized and modern HR management systems
- Develop scalable system configurations for all responsible countries
- Map key WFM stakeholders and understand their needs
- Evaluate configuration impacts on processes and systems
- Parametrize, test, pilot, implement, support, and maintain the system
- Coach leaders and employees for successful system implementation
- Develop resources like guides, user manuals, and FAQs
- Gather and analyze system data for optimization
- Identify and mitigate potential risks
- Ensure clear and consistent communication
- Empower stakeholders and users to adopt new working methods
