• •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• •Master’s degree (preferred)
• •Minimum 5-7 years experience in Allocation
• •Experience in Omnichannel Fashion business

Tasks

• •Act as Functional Lead for Allocation and Replenishment
• •Align program initiatives with specific business needs
• •Manage end-to-end processes across different functions
• •Lead subject matter experts and manage projects
• •Define business requirements and future-state processes
• •Contribute to and review key design decisions
• •Sign off on User Acceptance Testing scenarios
• •Coordinate UAT participants and ensure testing completion
• •Perform integration testing with expert support
• •Champion change and drive process adoption
• •Oversee team training and internal communications
• •Phase out legacy solutions and processes
• •Implement industry best practices for operational excellence
• •Develop advanced systems for competitive advantage
• •Maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
• •Ensure timely and high-quality system implementation
