- •Manage sustainable workforce planning and staffing stability
- •Advise on complex people matters and legal requirements
- •Apply data-driven approaches to support decision-making
- •Execute the performance management and development cycle
- •Coach leaders on feedback and performance conversations
- •Lead talent identification and succession planning
- •Promote inclusive leadership and DE&I priorities
- •Manage employee relations risks and compliance
- •Translate engagement insights into targeted action plans
