- Establish H&S risk assessments with site managers.
- Maintain H&S documentation and assessments.
- Assess H&S risks for new processes and equipment.
- Provide recommendations to minimize H&S risks.
- Investigate fraud cases and gather evidence.
- Conduct interviews for fraud cases.
- Document fraud case findings.
- Collaborate with departments on fraud case resolution.
- Train leaders and managers on loss prevention and H&S.
- Collaborate with Procurement on security agency selection.
- Align security agencies with loss prevention goals.
- Manage budgets and CAPEX for security measures.
- Collaborate with the security team.
- Share best practices for loss prevention.
