Configuring and supporting Workday Recruiting for a tech-driven travel company. At least 3 years of Workday experience required. Work from Anywhere up to 60 days/year.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or similar
  • At least 3 years professional experience as Business Analyst, Administrator, or Consultant for Workday
  • Experience in implementation projects and stakeholder consultation
  • Proven experience configuring and supporting Workday Recruiting
  • Experience in Compensation, 3rd-Party Payroll Integration, Talent & Performance or Absences, Workday Integrations (plus)
  • Fluent in English; other European language is a plus
  • Encouraged to apply even if not meeting 100% of requirements

Tasks

  • Supervise and develop existing HR environment
  • Lead technical projects
  • Support technical and functional process implementation
  • Identify and suggest process improvements
  • Optimize business processes continuously
  • Collaborate with key HR users
  • Ensure stable system environment
  • Conduct and document system and acceptance tests
  • Build trust with project participants
  • Consult and represent project competently
  • Expand Workday implementation with customizations
