Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or similar
  • At least 3 years professional experience as Business Analyst / Administrator / Consultant for Workday
  • Experience in implementation projects and stakeholder consultation
  • Experience in Recruiting Module (ideal)
  • Experience in Compensation, 3rd-Party Payroll Integration, Talent & Performance or Absences, Workday Integrations (plus)
  • Fluent in English
  • Other European language (plus)
  • Encouraged to apply even if not meeting 100% of requirements

Tasks

  • Design and build HR solutions with Workday and other systems
  • Supervise and develop the existing HR environment
  • Identify and implement improvements
  • Lead technical projects
  • Support technical and functional process implementation
  • Use Workday, Greenhouse, and other systems
  • Understand and optimize current business processes
  • Work closely with HR key users
  • Ensure a stable system environment
  • Conduct and document system and acceptance tests
  • Build trust with project participants
  • Consult and represent a competent contact
  • Expand Workday implementation with customizations
  • Support company growth

Education

  • Bachelor's degree
