- Contribute to functional solutions using Workday and Accenture methodologies
- Host workshops on HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits
- Lead discussions on industry standards and leading practices
- Independently manage workstream and report progress
- Lead diverse teams through implementation
- Liaise with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday
- Support innovation by creating new industry-leading methods and assets
