- •Implement technical solutions and structured documentation
- •Introduce SuccessFactors Variable Pay modules
- •Prepare and conduct workshops in German and English
- •Lead training courses for customers
- •Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients
- •Conduct requirements analyses and effort estimates
- •Assist in preparing quotations for customer-specific solutions
- •Support colleagues with complex technical issues
