Requirements

  • •Mehrjährige Erfahrung als (Senior) Consultant im SAP SuccessFactors Modul Compensation / Variable Pay
  • •Erfahrung in mehreren Implementierungsprojekten von SAP SuccessFactors Compensation / Variable Pay und bestenfalls auch (erste) Erfahrungen im Bereich Employee Central
  • •Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Zertifizierung in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation / Variable Pay, idealerweise durch weitere Zertifizierungen ergänzt
  • •Lernbereitschaft und Neugier
  • •Lust darauf, Wissen mit Kolleg:innen zu teilen und insbesondere weniger erfahrene Consultants in der Einarbeitung zu unterstützen
  • •Hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation und Kommunikationsstärke
  • •Fließende Deutsch-, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • •Moderate Reisebereitschaft
