Requirements

  • •Several years of experience as a consultant or customer administrator in SAP SuccessFactors modules Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, or Learning
  • •Experience in multiple implementation projects involving performance & goals, succession & development, or learning
  • •Very good knowledge and, if possible, certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • •Willingness to learn and curiosity
  • •Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and support less experienced consultants
  • •High degree of self-organization and strong communication skills
  • •Fluent German and good English skills
  • •Moderate willingness to travel

  • •Support customers in human experience management
  • •Solve technical problems related to SAP SuccessFactors
  • •Lead project organization for customer teams
  • •Modernize HR processes
  • •Take responsibility for your module or entire project
  • •Participate in exciting projects with cutting-edge topics
  • •Learn about additional topics beyond project work
  • •Support sales efforts
  • •Conduct webinars
  • •Write blog articles
  • •Share knowledge with colleagues
  • •Support less experienced consultants during training
