Requirements
- •Several years of experience as a consultant or customer administrator in SAP SuccessFactors modules Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, or Learning
- •Experience in multiple implementation projects involving performance & goals, succession & development, or learning
- •Very good knowledge and, if possible, certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules
- •Willingness to learn and curiosity
- •Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and support less experienced consultants
- •High degree of self-organization and strong communication skills
- •Fluent German and good English skills
- •Moderate willingness to travel
