- •Enrolled student of business, law, social sciences or comparable field
- •Advantageous initial practical experience in compliance, contract management, auditing, internal audit or management consulting
- •High diligence, accuracy, responsibility and structured working
- •Strong analytical skills, communication and teamwork
- •Very good German and English skills
- •Confident Microsoft Office, ideally SharePoint or contract management tools

Tasks
- •Support the GRC team with compliance and legal tasks
- •Handle administrative duties within the GRC department
- •Maintain and structure the contract management system
- •Monitor contract terms and coordinate with specialist departments
- •Document and follow up on internal controls
- •Train control owners and identify process improvements
- •Contribute to compliance and risk analyses
- •Assess business partners regarding international sanctions
- •Update internal policies and training materials
- •Research and evaluate legal and regulatory developments
- •Administer the company's SharePoint environment
- •Support cross-functional compliance, legal, and IT security projects
