Tasks
- •Ensure excellence and predictability across the asset lifecycle
- •Conduct regular onsite visits to partner facilities
- •Monitor performance across inbound, grading, and repair stages
- •Validate 3PL adherence to SOPs and SLAs
- •Identify operational bottlenecks and escalate risks
- •Develop audit frameworks for asset condition and serial accuracy
- •Lead root-cause analyses for operational deviations
- •Track quality KPIs and propose corrective measures
- •Translate onsite insights into actionable strategic decisions
- •Build daily relationships with 3PL leadership
- •Collaborate with internal Data, Product, and Repair teams
