• •3PL and vendor management experience
• •Degree in Engineering or Business Administration

• •Proactive issue and risk addressing
• •Passion for circular economy
• •Experience in warehouse environments (plus)
• •Fluency in German and English

Tasks

• •Develop and manage European re-commerce logistics
• •Translate customer needs into operational processes
• •Implement warehouse software and 3PL onboarding
• •Manage systems and workflows for physical products
• •Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• •Surface and address potential operational risks
• •Report daily and weekly performance against goals
• •Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and quality
• •Scope production center services for new partners
• •Integrate new merchandise into single-SKU workflows
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams across continents
• •Investigate new program services for brand partners
• •Map merchandise flow with production center managers
• •Test new processing methods to optimize costs
• •Document partner integrations into existing workflows
• •Advise business development teams on logistics solutions
• •Execute data collection and workflow experimentation
