Growth & Operations Manager - Market Entry & Inventory Management(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in purchase order or inventory management, ideally within e-commerce or retail operations
- Solid understanding of operational supply chain processes and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP MM) and preferably basic understanding of Tableau or SQL
- High degree of ownership, strong analytical skills, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Highly organized and motivated to continuously improve processes and tools
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a significant plus
Tasks
- Align forecast with sales performance and replenishment planning
- Manage purchase orders from creation to completion
- Ensure accurate order data and timely supplier follow-up
- Oversee inbound delivery and logistics coordination
- Secure timely and compliant goods receipt across channels
- Monitor stock levels and availability continuously
- Maintain high data accuracy in stock management systems
- Drive stock turnover and assortment performance
- Balance sell-through, pricing, and campaign measures
- Explore and apply AI-driven insights for inventory optimization
- Optimize inventory planning and operational performance
