Requirements

  • Significant leadership experience in strategic sales and analytics at executive level
  • Proven track record building and scaling data led sales organisations across Germany or EMEA
  • Deep expertise in CRM platforms and BI tools
  • Strong commercial judgement and ability to translate data into actionable strategy
  • Strategic thinking with strong focus on execution and results
  • Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders including C suite
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Fluency in English; German and additional European languages advantageous
