Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior OEM sales or commercial leadership roles
- Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth with automotive OEMs across Europe
- Demonstrated experience leading regional or international sales teams and managing complex sales cycles
- Deep understanding of OEM procurement, sourcing, and decision-making processes
- Strong executive presence with the ability to negotiate and close high-value, multi-year agreements
- Strategic, data-driven approach to sales planning and execution
- Fluency in English; German or French strongly preferred; additional European languages advantageous
Tasks
- Define and execute the EMEA OEM sales strategy
- Own the OEM sales forecast and pipeline management
- Identify and prioritize high-growth OEM accounts
- Lead and mentor the EMEA OEM Sales team
- Drive disciplined sales execution and deal reviews
- Act as executive sponsor for key OEM accounts
- Build relationships with decision-makers at automotive OEMs
- Lead large negotiations and contract closures
- Expand account penetration within OEM organizations
- Monitor automotive market trends and customer demand
- Ensure strong positioning against competitors in tenders
- Provide market feedback to support product evolution
