Requirements

  • Extensive experience in senior OEM sales or commercial leadership roles
  • Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth with automotive OEMs across Europe
  • Demonstrated experience leading regional or international sales teams and managing complex sales cycles
  • Deep understanding of OEM procurement, sourcing, and decision-making processes
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to negotiate and close high-value, multi-year agreements
  • Strategic, data-driven approach to sales planning and execution
  • Fluency in English; German or French strongly preferred; additional European languages advantageous

Tasks

  • Define and execute the EMEA OEM sales strategy
  • Own the OEM sales forecast and pipeline management
  • Identify and prioritize high-growth OEM accounts
  • Lead and mentor the EMEA OEM Sales team
  • Drive disciplined sales execution and deal reviews
  • Act as executive sponsor for key OEM accounts
  • Build relationships with decision-makers at automotive OEMs
  • Lead large negotiations and contract closures
  • Expand account penetration within OEM organizations
  • Monitor automotive market trends and customer demand
  • Ensure strong positioning against competitors in tenders
  • Provide market feedback to support product evolution
