- •Expertise in complex sales, major project execution, and sales channel management
- •Strategic, commercially astute negotiator with excellent communication and networking skills
- •Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent) and MS Office
- •Results-driven, strategically minded sales leader
- •Extensive sales management experience (5+ years)
- •Strong understanding of customer dynamics and competitive environments
- •Solid technical background with strong industry expertise in cable and systems business
- •High commercial acumen with capability to translate strategy into tactics
- •Educated to degree level or equivalent

- •Lead solution-based sales activities and product launches
- •Position technologies to meet market and customer needs
- •Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- •Collaborate with Engineering, T&O, S&BD, and Customer Service
- •Ensure technology adoption and operational excellence
- •Contribute to Railway Rolling Stock SMT governance and brand positioning
- •Execute tactical strategies consistently across the region
