Tasks

- Achieve budget targets and ensure forecasting accuracy
- Define and execute sales and market strategies for Rolling Stock and Rail Communications
- Manage business planning and budgeting aligned with Group Strategy
- Lead solution-based sales activities and product launches
- Position technologies to meet market and customer needs
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate with Engineering, T&O, S&BD, and Customer Service
- Ensure technology adoption and operational excellence
- Contribute to Railway Rolling Stock SMT governance and brand positioning
- Execute tactical strategies consistently across the region
