  • Shape platform deployment across the DACH region
  • Lead and develop a high-performing commercial organization
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and inclusive leadership
  • Partner with global teams to align regional priorities
  • Represent Via as an executive voice in the mobility ecosystem
  • Contribute to industry dialogue
  • Strengthen long-term strategic positioning
