- Experience supporting significant ARR growth in complex, multi-portfolio environments

Tasks
- Define and drive RevOps strategy and execution
- Partner with leadership to transform commercial operations
- Influence go-to-market strategy, pricing, and resource allocation
- Establish global frameworks for pipeline management and forecasting
- Oversee sales processes and revenue reporting
- Build and manage enablement programs for frontline teams
- Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making tools
- Support commercial process alignment for margin discipline
- Develop advanced commercial analytics and KPIs
- Implement enterprise-wide forecasting rigor and cadence
- Identify and share best practices across the portfolio
- Introduce AI technologies to enhance sales and marketing
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Optimize customer acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies
- Build strong relationships across the portfolio
- Foster a culture of commercial excellence and continuous improvement
