Tasks

  • Define and drive RevOps strategy and execution
  • Partner with leadership to transform commercial operations
  • Influence go-to-market strategy, pricing, and resource allocation
  • Establish global frameworks for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Oversee sales processes and revenue reporting
  • Build and manage enablement programs for frontline teams
  • Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making tools
  • Support commercial process alignment for margin discipline
  • Develop advanced commercial analytics and KPIs
  • Implement enterprise-wide forecasting rigor and cadence
  • Identify and share best practices across the portfolio
  • Introduce AI technologies to enhance sales and marketing
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Optimize customer acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies
