- Support multibillion-dollar B2B SaaS or enterprise software business
- Ownership of sales compensation plan architecture and governance
- Rigorous, trusted forecasting and pipeline management process
- Experience in multi-brand or multi-segment commercial structure
- Experience in a matrixed organization
- Strong commercial analytics capability
- Ability to translate data into actionable decisions
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree preferred
- Appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of recruitment process
Tasks
- Design, model, and govern sales compensation plans
- Lead pipeline management and forecast cadence
- Deliver risk/upside reporting to leadership
- Align demand generation with territory capacity
- Serve as analytical authority for commercial organization
- Own KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting
- Design sales productivity programs
- Improve rep ramp time and commercial effectiveness
- Drive CRM data quality
- Manage opportunity management discipline
- Lead and develop senior managers
- Align sales operations strategy with divisional objectives
