Requirements

• •8-12+ years engineering and leadership experience
• •Experience leading teams of 5+ engineers
• •Strong cloud architecture background
• •Understanding of distributed systems and backend
• •Experience running production ML systems
• •Strong full-stack understanding
• •Experience working directly with founders
• •ML inference performance optimization skills
• •Experience with real-time/low-latency systems
• •Scaling developer platforms or APIs

Tasks

• •Lead and mentor a team of up to 10 engineers
• •Own system architecture for conversational AI and voice pipelines
• •Drive cloud infrastructure strategy across AWS, GCP, or Azure
• •Optimize real-time AI inference for latency and cost
• •Improve orchestration of LLMs and TTS/STT components
• •Design scalable systems for high enterprise concurrency
• •Lead API architecture and SDK strategy
• •Build scalable abstractions for agent deployment
• •Strengthen platform observability and developer tooling
• •Attract and hire top-tier technical talent
• •Foster a culture of ownership and accountability
• •Review architecture and critical code paths
• •Prototype and unblock high-impact technical work
• •Align the technical roadmap with product strategy
