You will lead the evolution of a 20-person engineering team, transforming a working platform into a defensible, self-improving AI system that autonomously orchestrates complex trade and finance.

Requirements

• •Backend and distributed systems expertise

• •Experience scaling teams to 30+ people

Tasks

• •Design a modular, event-driven multi-agent framework
• •Evolve AI architecture into autonomous commercial orchestration
• •Build model-agnostic observability and evaluation infrastructure
• •Architect algorithmic working capital and credit risk systems
• •Integrate automated financing triggers into trade execution
• •Refactor and scale distributed systems for high transaction volume
• •Strengthen data architecture and event-driven communication layers
• •Develop a senior technical leadership layer
• •Implement governance frameworks for outsourced engineering
• •Establish clear system ownership and architectural documentation standards
