Staff Engineer — Backend(m/w/x)

Description

You will lead the architectural evolution of the company's AWS platform, acting as a technical force multiplier to modernize backend services while mentoring senior engineers to raise the bar.

Requirements

• •8+ years engineering experience or equivalent impact
• •Hands-on backend experience in AWS
• •TypeScript expertise in backend contexts
• •Leadership of system-level transformations
• •Understanding of distributed systems and trade-offs
• •Platform leverage and automation mindset
• •Experience decomposing monoliths or coupled services
• •Experience with SQL or NoSQL data stores
• •Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD
• •Solid security mindset and IAM design
• •Balance of technical and business constraints
• •Strong written and verbal communication
• •Interest in shaping frontend platforms
