Description

As a technical leader, you will modernize the frontend architecture and mobile apps while mentoring senior engineers to raise the bar for engineering excellence across the team.

Requirements

• •8+ years software engineering experience or equivalent
• •Deep hands-on React production experience
• •Strong React Native and mobile experience
• •Solid frontend system design understanding
• •Experience leading large-scale platform transformations
• •Understanding of performance and optimization
• •Experience with design systems at scale
• •Practical knowledge of CI/CD
• •Experience with frontend observability and monitoring
• •Ability to think in platform leverage
• •Strong collaboration and cross-team skills
• •Ability to balance quality and constraints
• •Strong written and verbal communication
