Videoconferencing Engineer L2(m/w/x)

Description

You will ensure seamless collaboration by managing Cisco and Microsoft Teams solutions, from troubleshooting technical issues to testing new hardware at the company's Munich lab.

Requirements

• •In-depth knowledge of Cisco and Microsoft Teams
• •Familiarity with network protocols and SBCs
• •Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• •Ability to work under pressure
• •Degree in IT or related field
• •Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate or equivalent
• •Polycom Certified Videoconferencing Engineer (plus)
• •Microsoft Teams Rooms Technical Solutions
• •CCNA Collaboration or higher (preferred)
• •3+ years in videoconferencing engineering
• •Experience with Cisco and Microsoft Teams
• •Track record in large-scale deployments
• •Ability to attend Munich site

Tasks

• •Design and deploy Cisco and Microsoft Teams solutions
• •Maintain videoconferencing and unified communications systems
• •Troubleshoot technical issues for video endpoints and bridges
• •Manage user provisioning, permissions, and platform policies
• •Monitor system performance and conduct health checks
• •Optimize systems for reliability and quality
• •Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for upgrades
• •Provide user training and document best practices
• •Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards
• •Perform incident response and root cause analysis
• •Test new devices and firmware at the Munich site
