Tasks
- Design and deploy Cisco CUCM voice solutions
- Integrate Audiocodes SBCs and OVOC management
- Manage and support the VoIP backbone
- Connect on-premises and cloud telephony systems
- Provision and configure managed phones and ATA devices
- Troubleshoot hardware and resolve technical incidents
- Monitor system health and conduct root cause analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Test new devices and firmware at the Munich lab
