- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international, and evolving environment
Tasks
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Germany
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for the DACH region
- Focus on enterprise accounts to drive revenue growth
- Lead and mentor regional sales directors and account executives
- Scale the business development team
- Build executive-level relationships with key clients and partners
- Accelerate large-deal growth through strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Optimize the customer journey across all touchpoints
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Represent Ariadne at industry events and conferences
- Engage in thought leadership activities
