- Active customer network in Germany Mid-Market
- Active customer network in Austria Enterprise segments
- Coaching First mindset
- Proven history of hiring and transforming sales teams
- Encouraging AEs to think beyond standard deal sizes
- Ability to connect with higher-ranked managers
- Ability to involve C-level stakeholders in deals
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
- Familiarity with Salesforce product landscape
- Familiarity with MuleSoft product landscape
- Familiarity with Informatica product landscape
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems
- Understanding of integration software landscape
- Understanding of data security
- Understanding of data privacy
- Understanding of AI in data management
- Self-starter
- CRM discipline
- Using data-driven insights to manage territory
Tasks
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives
- Proactively source top talent and coach junior members
- Own the revenue forecast and go-to-market strategy
- Identify market penetration opportunities
- Bridge competency gaps within the team
- Drive a culture of meticulous CRM maintenance
- Ensure diligent tracking of sales activities
- Apply structured sales methodologies to close complex deals
- Proactively involve Salesforce executives in strategic accounts
- Act as a bridge between Data Foundation and Salesforce Core teams
- Ensure fluid partnership and alignment
- Build C-suite relationships in Austria and Mid-Market Germany
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Enterprise customers
