- •Design and implement end-to-end revenue architecture
- •Act as a strategic advisor to GTM leaders

- •Refine scalable GTM processes across lifecycles
- •Identify and eliminate friction points in the funnel
- •Ensure cross-functional alignment through governance frameworks
- •Establish a Center of Excellence for best practices
- •Lead the annual GTM planning process with revenue targets
- •Build forecasting and scenario planning frameworks
- •Drive alignment of goals and KPIs across GTM teams
